This year I created the "Perfect" Christmas Gift for my BFF and co-Rolling Stone Fangirl, Sheila.
I had gone online shopping on the The Stones' website and saw that they were selling miniatures of the Stones modeling their infamous Warhol-designed Sticky Fingers album. That led to my Perfect Christmas Gift epiphany -- Sheila needs a Rolling Stones Christmas garland!
Since they didn't sell Rolling Stone garlands, (what an oversight!) I handmade one for Sheila's Christmas gift because that's just the kind of friend I am! (Sheila is so incredibly lucky to have me as a BFF!) I'm sure her Stones garland will grace her tree or mantle forevermore.
My Stones-y garland may not evoke Christmas in quite the same way as a nativity scene; but it definitely gives off "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree" vibes.
(And I should add that it was a very cost effective gift!)
